Gold Level Media announced last week that the company would be sending out an additional round of bonuses to support employees “with unforeseen expenses and hardships” during the COVID-19 pandemic in Arizona.
On Aug. 21st, full-time salary and part-time hourly employees will receive bonuses to help with the hardships of the pandemic. Rather than lay-off employees, Gold Level Media vowed to help out their employees during these tough economic times.
Efren Portillo, who is the CEO of Gold Level Media had this to say, “No one saw this pandemic coming and we all know how much of an impact it has had on the world.” He continued, “we have seen many of our employees take the initiative to continue to help the company thrive during these hard times and so we thought the least we could do is help them out too.”
The August bonuses will be sent out this week on pay day to help with additional costs that the employees may have due to the quarantine that was issued during this pandemic.
Gold Level Media said the total amount that the company is spending on bonuses is a part of making sure their employees are taken care of during any financial crisis. The company has been making waves the past few years in the world of marketing due to their high-quality services seen in multiple industries; real estate, hospitality, fitness, print & design, etc.
Gold Level Media understands the impact it has one their own employees, so they have decided to stand out by doing what they can to help out.
The company says it will also continue to support communities through grants, give through donations, and give to non-profit organizations. To date, Gold Level Media has committed to assisting the poverty, minority-owned small businesses and rural communities in Arizona.
