This year’s 5th annual Phoenix Pizza Festival is back in Margaret T. Hance Park! Pizza lovers can enjoy all different kinds of pie from over 20 of the best vendors in the Valley. Each vendor will be offering a $2-4 slice option that are sure to put you in a cheese coma.
Festival goers this year can look forward to enjoying live music and lawn games as they scarf down their ‘za. Select craft beer and wine will also be available from the award winning, Arizona Wilderness Brewery. Just make sure to eat enough pizza to sop it all up first. Pizza vendors will accept both cash and credit cards, but drinks are cash only so be sure to bring some cheddar of your own if you want to drink. ATMs will be available on-site as well.
While the adults slug back craft beer, there is also a kids zone where the little ones can make non-alcoholic, pizza-related crafts.
In addition to those delicious edible rectangles, the festival will also feature various dessert vendors offering all sorts of sugary delights from beignets to gelato.
The event benefits (in addition to your stomach) the Downtown Phoenix Inc., an organization dedicated to the revitalization of the downtown area. DPI works with other organizations to continue to ensure Phoenix is a vibrant and booming destination and one of the country’s premier cities. The event is great for family fun, a night out with friends, or just as a pure excuse to cheat on your diet. Get your tickets now while they’re available to enjoy one of the best events in Phoenix
