On July 31, a group of Arizonans will march at the state capitol. The March for the Kids will be raising awareness for issues affecting minors, including sex trafficking, pedophilia, and kidnapping. The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. on July 31 with a rally and speakers, followed by a peaceful march. The Save The Kids March is coming at a time when it is needed.
The march is calling for harsher sentencing for convicted of child pornography, pedophilia, or kidnapping. The organizers are also asking for increased funding for sex trafficking prevention units (within the FBI, police, Homeland Security, Coast Guard, and Border Patrol), increased security and protection at refugee camps, and refugee child placements. The group also wants to increase education for children on grooming techniques and signs to watch for, as well as mandatory sessions in all levels of school.
By hosting a march to raise awareness, they hope to increase celebrity and influencer conversations around child sex trafficking.
A local influencer participating in the march is Carlos Reyes. Carlos is a real estate investor, a business owner, and a father. He lives in Arizona and cares about his community. After building his own businesses and finding success, Carlos is living his life with a purpose, sharing his knowledge, and using his platform and following to raise awareness of causes he cares about.
Beyond the initial goals of the Save The Kids March in Arizona, the organizers hope to be able to accomplish more media commercials for awareness of the issue (on TV, radio, and social media), cease and desists on porn sites with children, and a public trial for Ghislaine.
