1. Love Still Rocks at Trunk Space

According to its Facebook event page, the idea behind this indie-rock occasion at the D.I.Y. space is both twee and optimistic as hell: “This Valentine’s Day, do not feel lonely or bored since you don’t have a partner. Know that love isn’t always about you, so why don’t you celebrate that?” The self-described “’70s psychedelic love show” will feature performances by The Groucho Marxists, Metanoia, John Chanteuse, Derek, The Gay Boys, Desert Rituals, and Pro Teens. 2. Fang at Rips Ales and Cocktails
